What is VIP FarePass?
VIP FarePass is a new and unique members-only club that offers preferred access
to travel and lifestyle benefits that help members save valuable time, money,
and stress.
How do I join VIP FarePass?
Visit www.VIPFarePass.com
and click “Join Now” to complete the online enrollment form. Please note: you
must agree to the terms and conditions before you are allowed to enroll in the
club.
Who is eligible to become a member of VIP FarePass?
VIP FarePass is limited to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States,
the District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Alaska who are 18-years of age or older.
Is there a fee to join VIP FarePass?
There is an annual fee of $49.95 that is due upon registration. All major credit
cards are accepted. Cash, checks, and money orders will not be accepted as
valid forms of payment.
Who can use the advantages of my membership?
Membership benefits and services are only available to VIP FarePass members and
their immediate family residing in the same household. For members-only
specials, the member MUST be traveling and the discount is applied to the
member's purchase only. Please note that only the registered member is allowed
to request a hotel voucher or companion pass.
I forgot my login information, what do I do?
Please send an email to Support@VIPFarePass.com
and a customer service representative will be able to assist you.
I need to update my contact and billing information, how do I do that?
Please log in to the VIP FarePass website using your email address and
password. Once you are logged in, please select “My Account” followed by the
corresponding link on the left hand side regarding which information you would
like to update.
My membership is almost ready to expire; what do I need to do in order to renew
my membership?
Nothing. In order to ensure constant access to all VIP FarePass membership
benefits, all memberships will automatically renew on the expiration date
unless the member contacts us with a request to cancel.
How often can I request a free voucher or companion pass certificate?
You may only request one hotel voucher and one companion pass per prepaid
membership year at no additional charge to you.
I lost my voucher or companion pass; can I get a new one?
No. Only one voucher and companion pass can be sent out per member.
I never received my voucher or companion pass. Will I be sent a replacement?
No. Only one voucher and companion pass can be sent out per member. It is the
member’s responsibility to verify that we have the correct mailing address on
file before submitting a hotel voucher or companion pass request.
I noticed that members get a discount on hotels; how much of a discount do they
get?
Discounts may vary. For the hotels where we negotiate a special deal for our
members, please click on the corresponding web page under "Destinations." On
that page, you will find what the discount is for the specified hotel and how
it can be redeemed. For the destinations where we do not have a special
negotiated benefit, you may utilize the hotel booking search to see if the
results fit your needs.
Who do I contact when I want to make cruise arrangements?
Please call 1.866.503.8582 in order to arrange your cruise travel.
If I need to make a change to a hotel or car reservation, who do I contact?
Once you have made a reservation with one of our partners, please contact them
directly regarding any changes to your reservation.
Will I receive emails from VIP FarePass showcasing new discounts?
Yes. Occasionally, VIP FarePass will send email notifications regarding special
VIP Deals. There are often last minute deals that VIP FarePass members will
receive before the general public. These deals can also be found in the “VIP
Deals” section of www.VIPFarePass.com for members to view once they have logged
in to their account. Also, members will be sent a quarterly e-newsletter that
will contain information about some of the new benefits we procure and VIP
FarePass news.
